Event Rental Information

While typically used as a crafting retreat for scrap-bookers, quilters, knitters, card markers and others, we also rent our facility out when available for parties, family reunions, business meetings, small weddings, and more.

We have 50 stationary chairs available to your use. If you require more, you’ll need to rent them. 

We have 24 six-feet tables that you may use, but no round tables are available. You will need to rent them if you desire round tables. 

Table Setup and Tear Down is not included in our rental fee. If you require this service, it is additional. 

Please keep in mind we have 1 bathroom in our barn. If you are renting our facility for a large group, we require you to rent a port-a-potty to accommodate your guests. You will also be expected to leave our facility the way you found it to get your full cleaning deposit returned. Our cleaning deposit is $500.

Wedding Weekend Rental

Friday 5pm to Sunday 11am. Facility rental only, no food, or set-up.

All Day Saturday Rental

8am to 12am. Facility rental only, no food, or set-up.

Friday Rental

4pm to 12am. Facility rental only, no food, or set-up.

Sunday Rental

10am to 6pm. Facility rental only, no food, or set-up.

Party Rental

4-hour block. Facility rental only, no food, or set-up.
