About Us
A Perfect Crafting Experience
While typically used as a crafting retreat for scrap-bookers, quilters, knitters, card markers, crocheters, and others, we also rent our facility out when available for parties, family reunions, business meetings, small weddings, and more.
Our barn has a small kitchen area with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave as well as one bathroom. Our cleaning deposit is $500.
Belle Starr
This 3 bed room is based on the infamous outlaw in the Wild West. Perfect for your getaway from home.
Annie Oakley
A 3 bed room based on the American sharpshooter Annie Oakley who starred in Buffalo Bill’s Wild West show.
Calamity Jane
The perfect 2 bed room based on Calamity Jane, the American frontierswoman, sharpshooter, and raconteur.
Loft
A 4 bed room, equipped with a fabulous fireplace, antique sewing machine, and even an old floor radio.
Barn
The perfect place to host quilting events, reception, or any large party. Equipped with a bar, this is ready for fun.

Check-out our calendar to see what dates are available and then either call us at 405-222-4387 or email us at wagonwheelranchretreat@gmail.com to reserve your event dates. Your name will be added to the calendar when we receive your deposit and signed contract.

I love it here! You will find yourself amongst a wonderful group of women in a cozy retreat center with a warm touch of extras that are oh so nice to have. The crafting barn is well appointed with comfy chairs, nice tables, a kitchen, new bathroom, tons of scrapping items and space for 24 crafters! The house is beautiful with knotty pine throughout, brand new beds, linens, and everything else you need for an easy stay with your favorite gal pals. I’m so excited to have a retreat center right here in Oklahoma! Thank you ladies for making your dream a reality!
Comfy clean beds, spacious house and craft barn, free use of equipment, the decor, the partners who do their very best to make everyone feel welcome. I have also met new, wonderful friends!!
