Reservation Policy and Information
Check out our calendar to see what dates are available and then either call at 405-222-4387, email us at wagonwheelranchretreat@gmail.com, or visit our Contact page to reserve your event dates. Your name will be added to the calendar when we receive your deposit and signed contract.
Wagon Wheel Ranch Retreat is not liable for any loss, damages or claims for any reason outside our control, such as loss of power, utilities, internet, personal injury, weather, viruses.
Extra days can be booked at a rate of $30 per person, per night, plus tax.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is nonrefundable, non transferable. If you choose to cancel prior to 45 days from arrival, we will do our best to accommodate your group. If you cancel inside the 45 days, you will be responsible for the full amount due. We will attempt to fill your dates and if we are able to you will be refunded your rental fee less the non refundable deposit.
